FlashyOnlineGames.com progress report #2

I really haven't made very much progess with the new site at all yet, because after I got back here to Thailand from England earlier this month, I started working on some new games for my various other sites instead. Chief amongst those is "Paper Mario World 2", the long-awaited sequel to the MarioSonicGames.com exclusive Flash game Paper Mario World that I mentioned in one of my previous posts in this blog.

Once all the development of the new games is completed (by the end of the year hopefully) I will be able to get on with the new site build.

I'm off to England visiting family for a few weeks soon.....

.....so I won't be able to get much work done on the new site for a while, which means I'm falling further and further behind my own schedule. Oops.

Online games made exclusively for me - part 6

It's been a while since part 5 (2 months in fact), but here is part 6 in my ongoing series about Flash online games that I had made exclusively for my MarioSonicGames.com site.

In addition to the games I mentioned in my previously posts, I also had Sonic the Hedgehog: Sonic Abstracta made for me, which is a simple but addictive collect-and-avoid type game that gets faster and faster the longer you play it, until it eventually gets to be a serious challenge for even the very best gamers out there.

Shrek 4 and Toy Story 3 online games

In May the fourth film in DreamWorks Animation's Shrek series, "Shrek Forever After - The Final Chapter", was released in cinemas around the world. This was closely followed in June by rival studio Disney/Pixar's "Toy Story 3", making it a great summer for fans of computer animated films.

Both films have, not surprisingly, been massive hits, and now that "the dust has settled" it is quite clear that Toy Story 3 has come out as the overall winner in terms of both critical praise and box-office receipts.

While we're all eagerly waiting for the DVDs/Blu-Rays of the two films to be released, here is an awesome collection of free Flash online games based on both series of films, to keep the fun rolling along:
